Temporary Disabled Status When Attempting To Login To Webmail
You are attempting to login to your Vazoom webmail and receive an error notification stating:

Vazoom systems have automatically placed your account into a temporary disabled status.  This may be due to an open billing issue. Please visit
http://myaccount.vazoom.com

This occurs if you mail account has been suspended for one of the following reasons:

 - Request from customer asking that a mail account be disabled
 - One or more past due invoices on account

Submitting A Ticket in This Instance
Customers should login to
http://myaccount.vazoom.com/ and determine if there are any invoices awaiting payment.  For additional support please Submit a Ticket from our help website at http://support.vazoom.com/
Please make sure you keep your auto generated ticket number.  You will need this ticket number if you go to view the status of tickets from this interface.

Checking the Status of a Ticket in This Instance
To check on the status of the support request you should visit
