For customers wishing to use Microsoft Outlook or any other 3rd party email client you may have to use an alternate SMTP port.
Many customers of Internet Service Providers such as Comcast and Verizon cannot send email out using the default port of 25 that is defined in their Outlook setting for Outgoing Mail Server in the Advanced tab. This is a result of Comcast blocking a standard port to reduce customers attempting to run their own mail servers on a residential connection. In order to avoid this problem Vazoom has setup a secondary SMTP communication port number. Customers must change the outgoing mail server port to 587 if a Test email fails to go through.
Authentication credentials are the same as the incoming server
