Vazoom webmail users may wish to turn on or off the option of saving all emails sent out into the SENT folder of the webmail account.
By default, all messages sent from a webmail account are saved into the SENT folder. This folder does count toward the combined quota limit of an email account. Messages should be periodically purged from this folder to help avoid over quota situations.
In order to turn on or off this save to SENT folder option follow the steps below:
1. Login to your webmail account
2. Select OPTIONS on the left hand column
3. Select COMPOSE
4. View option Save Sent Messages under COMPOSE OPTIONS
5. Choose YES to save all sent messages in SENT folder. Choose NO to disable this option.
