If you are using RIM's blackbbery mobile Internet device we suggest that you use the IMAP protocol. This will allow your mobile unit to stay in synch with your mailbox. If you delete an email item on your Blackberry, it will also delete from your Vazoom webmail. Items deleted will go into the Trash folder within your Vazoom webmail for a short period of time before being purged from our systems.
